1. The service
Measure is web analytics provided by Turbo Puffin LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day trial. To keep collecting after it, add a card. The plan is $29 per month and covers 40 sites; each site over 40 is $0.50 per month. Charges are monthly in advance, prorated when you add or remove sites. Cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Accounts created by an AI agent on your behalf are yours once you claim them. If you don't, collection stops when the trial ends.
3. Acceptable use
Only add sites you control. Don't use Measure to track people in ways the privacy policy rules out, to overload the service, or to break the law.
4. Your data
You own your analytics. You can read them through the dashboard, API and MCP server at any time, and delete them by deleting the site or account.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep Measure available and accurate, but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
